When prompted to sign-in to the Privacy Manager, enter the phone number and password of your Developer Mode user and opt-in to your application.

In your Developer Portal account, go to My Projects and click on the Billing subtab to view your updated account balance.

  4. Step 4: Done

Congratulations! You've located a real user and are ready to start writing your own application.
